Introduction
This course examines how to use the fast reading. Fast Reading Training Course is now recognised as an exciting programme that will bring you up to date on the latest techniques and approaches that are appropriate in Fast Reading.


Objectives
By the end of this course participants will be able to:


• Understand the objectives and goals of Fast Reading.
• Know how to improve your mindmapping.
• Know how to use syntopic processing.
• Understand how to use photoreading techniques.
• Know how to save your time.
• Know how to improve your memory.
• Know how to read four books in one hour.

Methodology of Training
Effective presentations for each of the topics together with interactive trainer lead sessions of discussion. There will also be practical sessions and the participants have the opportunity to practice and experience. Role-plays, case studies, DVD's, videos, small group work, exercises and feedback will be used to facilitate learning.

This course is designed for :
Students – university courses typically require you to read 30 or more books a week. This is impossible using 'normal' reading techniques, but quite do-able when you know how.

    •    Start with 6 books during the 2-day course.

  • Day 2:


    •    To remember what you read.
    •    Rhizomapping for taking notes

  • Day 3:


    •    Mindmapping and for taking notes.
    •    Syntopic processing – read four books in one hour.

  • Day 4:


    •    Speed reading and photoreading techniques.
    •    Everything you would learn on both speed reading and photoreading courses.

  • Day 5:


    •    To improve your memory, concentration, understanding.
    •    To absorb reports and technical information and relate the course to your specific circumstances (eg study, business).
