Balanced Business Scorecard Training

Introduction
This course examines how to use a Balanced Scorecard and how to manage the results with a Balanced Scorecard . Balanced Scorecard is now recognised as an exciting programme that will bring you up to date on the latest techniques and approaches that are appropriate in Balanced Scorecard.


Objectives
By the end of this course participants will be able to:


• Understand the Cause and effect of Balanced Scorecard.
• Know the 4 Perspectives of a Balanced Scorecard
• Recognise how to manage for results with a Balanced Scorecard
• Understand the aligning the organisation to the strategy
• Know how to use Balanced Scorecard development process

Methodology of Training
Effective presentations for each of the topics together with interactive trainer lead sessions of discussion. There will also be practical sessions and the participants have the opportunity to practice and experience. Role-plays, case studies, DVD's, videos, small group work, exercises and feedback will be used to facilitate learning.

This three-day Balanced Scorecard training course covers the structure, process and challenges of building, implementing and using a Balanced Business Scorecard to improve performance and to put strategy at the centre of key management processes and systems including incentive schemes and resource/budget planning activities.
