Introduction
This course examines how to develop the abilities of leading, changing the styles and techniques of leadership. Change Leadership is now recognised as an exciting programme that will bring you up to date on the latest techniques and approaches that are appropriate in Change Leadership.


Objectives
By the end of this course participants will be able to:
• Understand the relevance of organizational consulting.
• Understand and apply the principles of consulting.
• Define and practice elements of an organizational development.
• Increase your ability to self-manage as a consultant and group coach.
• Understand and be able to convey the business objectives of an intervention.
• Understand the three levels of system: individual, group, and organisation.

Methodology of Training
Effective presentations for each of the topics together with interactive trainer lead sessions of discussion. There will also be practical sessions and the participants have the opportunity to practice and experience. Role-plays, case studies, DVD's, videos, small group work, exercises and feedback will be used to facilitate learning.

    •    Understand the relevance of organizational consulting.
    •     Understand the relevance of group coaching.

  • Day 2:


    •     Understand and apply the principles of consulting, organization development, group coaching, and change leadership as a part of your consulting practice.
    •    Define and practice elements of an organizational development, group coaching
    •    and change leadership consultancy.

  • Day 3:


    •    Understand and practice the concept of "use of self" as an intervention tool in an organization;
    •    Increase your ability to self-manage as a consultant and group coach within a client system;

  • Day 4:


    •    Understand and be able to convey the business objectives of an intervention;
    •    Understand the breadth and depth of the practice of organizational consulting, group coaching, and change leadership through real work with a client system;

  • Day 5:


    •    change leadership to any type of consulting relationship, whether internal or external;
    •    Understand the three levels of system: individual, group, and organization, and how to determine the appropriate level at which to intervene; and Assemble the tools and skills needed to develop an organizational consulting, group coaching and change leadership practice.
